How do I get access?
Your developer creates your account. Sign in with the username and password they share with you.
Does sending a report start work?
Reports wait for the developer to choose them. The developer reviews the changes and decides when to publish them.
What can I attach?
Images, PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and text files. Up to 10 files, 10 MB each, 25 MB in total.
Can I suggest something about Sympode itself?
Yes. Once signed in, open Feedback to send a private comment or suggestion to the developer.
